Why we price it this way
A second outlet should not cost you the software
Most restaurant software charges per outlet, then again per terminal, then again per waiter phone. Open a branch and the bill doubles. We do not do that.
No per-device charge
Put the waiter app on every phone on the floor. Add a second billing counter. Nothing changes on the invoice.
No locked features
Recipes, loyalty, payroll, analytics, audit log — all of it is on from day one. There is no page that asks you to upgrade.

One-time setup
Menu entry, printer and QR configuration, and on-site training. Quoted after we see your menu, because a 40-dish café and a 300-dish multi-cuisine kitchen are not the same job.
Hardware
You buy your own thermal printer, kitchen screen and tablets, wherever you like. We will tell you what works. SwadSathi runs on hardware you probably already have.
Payment gateway charges
If you switch on online collection, Razorpay bills their transaction fee to you directly. Cash and your own UPI QR cost nothing.

Before you ask us
Really unlimited outlets, at one price?
Yes. Add a branch whenever you open one. Each outlet gets its own tables, menu, pricing, stock and staff, and the Super Admin login sees all of them side by side. The subscription does not change.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, one time. It covers menu entry, printer and QR setup, and staff training. We quote it once we have seen your menu card.
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
No. SwadSathi runs on any computer or tablet with a browser, on Windows for the desktop app, and on your staff's own Android phones. Buy printers and screens wherever you like — we will tell you which ones work.
Is the waiter app or the desktop app charged separately?
No. All three — web, Windows desktop and Android waiter — are in the one subscription, on as many devices as you need.
What if I want to stop?
Give a month's notice. Your data is not deleted — we provide a full export of sales, bills and customer records on request.
Do you offer a yearly rate?
Yes. Ask on the demo call and we will quote an annual figure.
